🔁 Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To qualify for a return:

• The watch must be in the same condition as when received

• It must be unworn, unused, and returned in its original packaging (where applicable)

Please email Thefairdealhub@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return before sending any items back. We'll guide you through the process.

💰 Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

Please note the following items are non-refundable and not eligible for return:

• Watches listed as “sold as spares or repair”

• Items clearly described as non-working or for parts only

• Personalized or custom orders

These conditions will be clearly stated in the product description at the time of purchase.

The vast majority of watches we sell are vintage timepieces. As such, they may show signs of age and wear consistent with their history. We take great care to:

• Thoroughly clean each watch, inside and out

• Buff and polish cases and bracelets where appropriate

• Provide honest, accurate descriptions of each item’s condition and functionality

Any known issues — including whether a watch is fully working or requires attention — will be stated clearly in the listing. If you're ever unsure, feel free to contact us before purchasing.

📬 Return Shipping

Unless the item is incorrect or faulty, buyers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a tracked and insured service for your protection.
